About the Queen's Wharf Project
Queen’s Wharf, the redevelopment of the Riverside Studios site on Crisp Road, is a mixed-use project by Mount Anvil. It will provide 165 new homes and a world-class multi-arts facility in the new Riverside Studios. Substantial public realm improvements will include a new riverside walkway, allowing people to walk along the Thames all the way from Barnes Bridge to Craven Cottage.
The proposal for Queen’s Wharf
Queen’s Wharf is a mixed-use development project that will result in 165 new homes and new public spaces, cafes and restaurant. At the heart of the proposal is the new Riverside Studios, a future-facing new multi-arts hub that will include three studios, a 200 seat cinema and screening room, a community & rehearsal area and a greatly enhanced public entertainment facility including local events space.
The new Riverside Studios will be a world-class arts hub for the West London community. It will occupy most of the ground floor and basement areas of the new development, as well as part of the first and second floors. The new foyer will enjoy views out over the river and a number of new waterside restaurants and bars.
