Update on Employment and Training at Riverside Studios

Update on Employment and Training at Riverside Studios. We are now four months into the construction period and would like to give an update on employment and training achievements to date.

Through Work Zone at London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham we have appointed our Site Administrator, who lives in the borough and joined our team in May 2015.

K10 was founded in 2010 to address the declining number of apprentices working in the construction sector and the difficulties contractors faced when committed to delivering effective apprenticeship programmes. Working in collaboration with government, local authorities, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, training providers and 3rd sector organisations, K10 is a London wide construction skills network. Through K10 we now have two apprentices from Hammersmith & Fulham working with us on site; one carpenter and one general construction apprentice who is working in the site engineering team.
